color treated Ti or Al bolts in 1/4"

Anyone have a place where I find colored titanium or aluminum bolts/nuts in 1/4" diameter to be recessed in the handle scales ?

I want to replace these temporary stainless steels

You could easily anodize the titanium yourself. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll like the various colors that you would get.
