Colorado: Cuda Dominator Legal EDC?

I'd love to get a Cuda Dominator for an EDC, but the blade length is spec'd at 3.65". Colorado laws, if I'm not mistaken permit up to a 3.5" knife to be carried concealed.

Am I missing anything, or does that 0.15" of blade length make the Dominator illegal to carry in your pocket?

Isn't 3.5" a fairly common limit among states? Seems unusual that the knife would be designed to be illegal as an EDC in so many states, or perhaps this was intentional?

if it is in fact 3.5", buy the Dominator when available and have a knifemaker sharpen the tip slightly to fall under your limit. A variance of .15 will not be noticeable.
