Hi,

There are three ways that Leatherman has made colored Micras:

1. Paint
2. Dyed colored anodized aluminum "over handles" (on top of the base stainless handles).
3. Colored polycarbonate plastic "over handles".

Currently both of the "over handle" methods are used, but the painted ones appear to have been discontinued. I'm looking for examples of the painted ones in mint condition for my Leatherman collection.

Anyone have any thoughts as to where I might find the painted ones?

thanks in advance for your help - Joe
