Hi guys, I have another little titanium sword to show. This one is colorful, having retained the HT oxides and with titanium hilt parts heat-colored to match. Lots of info including build photos are up on the Mad Science Forge subforum, here:

Though the sword is pretty standard, the scabbard, made by Ms. Oye, is the latest advancement in making a good leather sword scabbard. It's made of alternating layers of leather and cellulose sheet, which makes it stiffer than ever. Lightweight, still able to flex, but with no droop at all, and well formed inside to match the blade shape. The addition of titanium D rings for suspension is also a nice touch.
