They certainly look nice with their "stag" scales and 420 blades in various patterns but are they good value .
Has anybody experienced their stockman pattern ?
 
I just bought a Colt trapper pattern in burl wood, actually is rather well made for the price. Not sure how much this will help you since you were asking about stag handled stockmans but I can say that if they are as nice as my knife you should be happy with it.
 
Where does the 420 steel rank? I almost bought a Colt Stockman today at Kmart for $30.00.
