Colt M16-K knife, does any one have instructions

I would like to get a photo copy of the original papers (instructions) that would have originally been included with this knife COLT M16-K knife

This is an honest question, no disrespect:
It's a knife. What kind of instructions does it need?

My advice is to invest in the Columbia River M16 knife.

Also might want to press on the rubber inlays, it could possibly be a double action switchblade.
