Colt Police Positive

I am hoping for some feedback on a knife I bought over the weekend.

It's a Colt Police Positive:

Half serrated with a somewhat different type serrations.

440 Stainless blade, made in Solinger Germany.

Very smooth, and seems pretty well built.

Anyone have any experience with these??
