Columbine knives...?

The link above will take you to an image I found as part of the detailed Columbine incident report. I thought it interesting, albeit in a somewhat creepy way, to analyze the average pair of homicidal sociopaths' taste in knives.

From left to right, we've got:

1. Liner-locking folder that looks like a Dragon Forge Cheetah.

2. Gerber Mark 1 knock-off.

3. Pakistani-manufactured Khyber bowie.

4. "Cobra" style knife with spiked knuckle-guard, similar to the one seen in the Sylvester Stallone movie.

The Columbine report did point out that while these knives were carried by the two killers, neither of the little cowards used them that fateful day.

Yup. They cite knife crime statistics all the time at trial involving knives, but never mention that the knives used are usually either el-cheapo knockoffs or kitchen knives. When, exactly, was the last time anyone was killed with a balisong, auto, etc.? Yet they are still illegal...

When the detailed Columbine Incident Report was released (I think in the wake of the release of the videotape to which the families had gone to court to get access), there was a link to one of the Big Three news sites. (I think it was ABC, but don't quote me on that, because I can't remember.) Among the things I looked at were that image and a statistical breakdown of the number of shots each Columbine murderer actually fired.

Anyway, I saved the image at the time and posted to a photopoint account, since you never know when a news article will disappear into internet limbo. I don't know if you would still be able to find the Columbine detail report on the internet or not.

I remember one of the COWARDS said something like "I always wanted to kill someone with a knife" I guess HE never got the chance...BUT if you think knives are something Liberals are overlooking you are wrong!!!!! In England they have barrels in the police stations for people to turn in thier wicked FOLDING KNIVES!!!! Get REAL the guns have ALWAYS been here!!!! BUT Kids killing kids in school is a new Phenom.. Hell kids used to carry guns to school so they could go hunting after... THEY never shot up the school did they??? Critical thinking is a thing of the past....

The government can always use similiar propaganda tactics that they use with auto accidents and label the Columbine rampage as a "knife related" incident.
