Always have to lop a few limbs off the bottom of the Christmas tree to get it just right for my wife's discriminating eye. This year, I got out the BK-9 for the task. It made quick work of about a dozen limbs and was still shaving sharp when I slid it back into its sheath.

I just played with mine too, splitting down a wood block to use for whittling/carving. I was surprised at how well it held its edge. It's a lot of knife for the bucks. Gonna hafta get a BK 7 when the Xmas season's over.
