Here's one for a Marine friend of mine. He carries a bowie where he's stationed for personal protection so this was made with concealment in mind. The blade is 9 1/4 inches long and roughly 3/8 at the thickest part of the spine. Steel is 80crv2 which I'm very impressed with. It is the toughest steel I've worked with allowing very thin geometry...I'll definitely be working with it more in the future. We went with the thicker blade to try to pack the power of a longer blade into a more concealable package. Sharpened clip, stainless guard, and blackwood handle. The sheath from David Seward is leather lined kydex. It's made so that the stud can be switched to the other side for more versatile carry options. Right now I carry my personal bowie strong side, edge forward. That's how he intends to carry this one but he'll have options if he changes his mind:) Thanks for lookin'. Comments/critique welcome. Now I gotta get back to the shop...BLADE show's a-comin!:)

Wow! I can only imagine how vicious that thing could be.....very well done. :)

I bet that bowie will do the trick and I don't think I have seen a sheath quite like that one. Tactical traditional.

Yeah, that looks very cool, and very combat oriented.
May it serve him well.
