Combat knives magazine is on the shelf!

I got one and enjoyed. It's packed with articles that suit my interest. Great authors.

I was kinda amused though seeing Kelly Worden's pictures on his review of a machete (page47-49). Do we really have to make that fighting stance while chopping a tree?

Anyway, his Wortac folder looked great and I ordered one right away after reading the article.

?

Was there a review of the Dragon Forge line in there? Someone mentioned it to one of my employees the other day and we could not figure out which magazine it was in. Maybe this was it. If so was it a OK review?

Mike. Here I have the magazine with me but I couldn't find any Dragon Forge review in it. Should be in another one else.

Is this a Petersen Publication mag? I believe the first (non numbered) issue came out at years beginning with features on Polkowsis/ Kasper galore. I recall the Bagwell Bowie(s) on the cover.

I finally found the new issue at the local Publix of all places. Another good read! I'm glad Petersens saw fit to publish this magazine a little more often.

In his modesty, Mr Ralph forgot to mention an article on his Apogee knife, and some new Krait designs. Also a photo on the cover. I'm heading to his website now. I suggest ya'll do the same!

I CANNOT believe I had to go to Publix to find this magazine!
Thanks Darrel!
BTW Great article on the Apogee in there!
When is OE going to bring out your collaberation model?
Can't wait to get my mitts on one!

Hey guys! iI picked up the latest issue of Combat Knives at the local Barnes&Noble bookstore.

Wonderful- now we have a rag with a stupid name in grocery stores to draw more negative attention to knives. Why not just call it "killing knives" and put it next to the tabliods. The morons that publish these magazines will be sure to have plenty of knife rights articles while the very name they chose for the magazine will work to harm the knife rights they're sure to talk about.
But knife rights and the harm a name like "Combat Knives" can do isn't what it's really all about. It's selling magazines. Isn't it?

I appreciate the fact that you're one of the knifemakers that give your knives sensible names. Wish the rest of them would wake up.

I asked about this magazine a few months ago, and the majority hated it. Now it's really cool??

Must of done a complete overhaul...

Just picked up a copy. For LOL I couldn't stop laughing when I got to Kelly's photos on pgs 47 and 49. Wow! 80 machete strokes and the guy has a spotless white T and machete. Where can I get one of those self cleaning T-shirts?
