Combat Pawn- Warhorse knife?

Anyone know about this knife? It looked to me like an Extrema Ratio, but I can't find any pictures on it. The guy asked for $850, which seems like A LOT for the knife shown. Just curious if anyone else had done research into this, thanks.

I don't watch the show but Jake Hoback Knives makes a War Horse. They have similiar lines at first glance, no offense Jake

I'll have to look at the Bill Maynard, but I know it was a fixed blade.

Edit: It does indeed appear to be the Bill Maynard. I've never heard of him, but the knife seems to be rather plain. Anyone know why it'd demand such a high price?
