Used, but in great condition with original box and certificate of authenticity.
Blade appears to be in unused condition with factory edge, handles have minor wear marks which I tried to capture in the pics.
Overall, this is a great specimen.
Boker Plus Jim Wagner Reality-Based Blade & Boker Plus Reality-Based Trainer
Both brand new with boxes and papers. Both come with adjustment tool and blade comes with a "false writing pen tip" which you can swap out for the glass breaker and it makes the knife look like a pen in your pocket.
