"Combing" with a knife?

Well, I went to get some dinner tonight and went into a store next to the restaurant and saw an Indian man who looked like he was combing his hair. I looked again and realized he was using a blue Victorinox (couldn't tell what model) to comb the back of his hair?! I thought maybe he had some weird SAK with a comb but kept looking and it was the edge of the blade he was using. I still haven't figured out what he was doing. Just thought i'd share this strange knife occurance with you guys. Any ideas or witty comments?

Right on the money! There some are just some weird dudes out there. But still, makes me wonder if there was reason to it.

Tony, possibly....he was balding so he only had some hair on the back of his head and it was very short so I don't think it was lice...dandruff maybe-nasty. haha
