Combo Knife Sheath/Pistol Holster

I am thinking about having a leather combo knife sheath/pistol holster made for a S & W Model 36 and a fixed EDC of around 6 inches OAL. I have searched several forums and have not found any mention or pics of such a combo.
I believe I would want it "side by side" (but compact) rather than a "piggy-back" design.
Have any of you guys ever made one or seen one.

Here's one I did for myself, not for concealed carry obviously, just for the woods:
