Like a lot of us, I rarely go out without a chopper and a cutter (and usually a saw). I always mix these up depending on how much weight I can take and what I'm doing. What are some of your favorite combos?

The combo I use more than any other:

One of my tomahawks (Ft Turner Buck and CS Spike Hawk are my favorites)

BK-5 and/or BK-15

BK-11


Or one of my numerous HI khukris and BK-11.
 
Nice Wetterlings. Some day I need to get a traditional axe. The Fiskars I have is great, but doesn't have the panache of a nice hickory handle.

How do you like the Bahco? I think that's the next addition to my gear.

For wrist size and down it's not bad at all. Pretty handy for making stuff around camp, shelter building etc.
 
Nice combos. I like the idea of big and small better that one tool for all jobs, when possible.

I've been looking hard at that Sven saw, how do you like it? I've got a folding saw and one of the sliding fiskars, but they lack a little oomph in my opinion.
 
The Sven saw is very good. The Fast Buck Saw is by far my favorite though. You can make a ton of firewood in short order with either of those.
 
Okay, I'm on this. May take a few days, but I'll bring it.
