COMMANDER BLADE FINISHES

Could someone give me a run down on the types of blade finishes that are on production Commanders. Is there one finish that is hard to find? I.E. a limited production.

The different finishes on the Commanaders have been:

Satin (uncoated)
Black-T
Green-T
Satin (Hard Chromed)
CN (Chromium Nitride)

Of these, the rarest is the original uncoated Satin (speculatively under 200) and the CN pairs (500).

This is as good a place as any to bring back the question "How many different Commanders are there out there".
