Commander liner.....

Quick question. The same thing that happened to my mini B is now happening to my commander. The liner is starting to disengage from the tang of the blade. Can this be fixed without having to send the knife in to EKI? I tried a few things with the CQC7 but nothing I tried really helped all that much.
