That would be Retired Command Master Chief Dennis Chalker now of Diamondback Tactical.
Hard to tell from the picture, but judging from the size of his hands and the fact that he and Ernie are very tight, I'm thinking that's an ES1-M. Based on the date on the photo and there being an enscription on the blade, I'd say it may be a retirement present.
It looks to me to be the light and shadows, but it could be Bolstered.
