Here is the newest model from JK Handmade Knives, the Commando.

Specs:

11 3/4" overall
6" blade
5/32" thick O1 steel
Top edge is not sharp!
Sheath will be a leather pancake style.

Price is $225 + $8 shipping. Delivery will begin in mid December.

These will be serial numbered. The one shown is #1, and is available, with buyers choice of handles. It will be ready 2 weeks after the handle material is confirmed by the buyer, so the end of October.

I`m also thinking about a smaller version of this. Maybe 7" overall, with a 3" blade, 1/8" thick.

I think a dagger needs a longer blade, perhaps 4" for the smaller one?
Also finger grooves on the handle.Just notches in the wood like the example you showed before.:thumbup:

I will probably get one, but I wish it had at least one finger groove like in your Element model
