Commemorative Knife

I bought a commemorative Ka Bar at a pawn shop today it says on the blade Dec. 7, 1941 Attack on Pearl Harbor, I would like to know what year this was issued. Thank you in advance.

There initially produced to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. That would put them coming out during 2001 or 2002. They are still available from various Kabar dealers.
