The only thing that keeps me from buying a stainless steel Marathon Navigator is the lack of a traser illuminated second hand.
The only thing that keeps me from buying a titanium Luminox is PRICE and a numberless face/dial and the lack of a carbon fiber bezel. This would be my perfect watch.
So, I have the Luminox stainless steel model with the carbon fiber bezel.

Luminox has some very dressy watches. Here's their Formal Dress Series. And here's their Products Page.
The Marathon watch your are referencing does seem to be of Luminox manufacture (though I don't know that for certain). The "illumination" points are completely identical to Luminox and the layout of the face and font style of the numbers all parallel Luminox.
