For a while I thought I wouldn't get one, due to the SOG Accesscard. I ended up getting both.
Each has its stronger points, but as to the Spydercard, I am pleasantly surprised. First off, though I would have preferred a satin finish, the bead blasting seems to be very fine, therefore, more rust-resistant than most bead-blastings.
I got the plain edge version, which is frighteningly sharp. And for a modified sheepsfoot, it has a wicked-sharp tip. It is thinner than the Accesscard due to no money clip. The liner/frame lock on my Spydercard engages perfectly with no play.
If you are fumbling around with it, it can be easy to drop, due to its extreme thinness (it bit my finger due to my own negligence when I dropped it towards my left hand).
This knife is now one of my "no-matter-what" daily carries, and the plain version would be a perfect airling travel one-hand utility folder.
