Try and make every knife better than the one before. find someone that will give constructive comments and enlighten you on improving your methods. If they have the time most knifemakers will BS with you a while. But be carefull and considerate. If a potential buyer is looking please wait a few moments. if you barge in you are likely to limp away. Above all have fun, learn, and make new friends.
