Yeah, its something of a bugbear of mine, perhaps because I am in the industry but I can tell you that my new policy is to buy ONLY from makers and dealers who get back to me.....
I am dead tired of people who don't bother to respond. I dont care if the maker is yesterday's news, on the way out, wanted by the police or blind in one eye, if he has the common courtesy to respond to my queries then he gets my money!
Same goes for dealers. Right now Les Robertson is top of the pops in this area. Even though I constantly pepper him with annoying questions that usually don't lead to sales, he (almost) always gets back to me.
If only there were more like him!
Anyway, that's my little contribution for the day...
