This one is a scaled down version of my hunter. I made the blade 2 3/4 inch and the OAL is 6 1/4. The fittings are N/S with 1/16 pins and the handle is Sambar Stag.

My stepson and I recently made him a small hunter and I'm constantly borrowing it.Its just so handy to use, I figured I'd make a few. :) Lin

Great knife Lin. I love small knives, part of the charm is how handy they are. I can see putting that knife on your belt and walking about the woods for a while. With a small hatchet you'd be in business :).

Just about perfect :).

I like that!! It looks like a handy little blade to have around, and one that would get used plenty at that!!

I like to make small knives now and then, but I have to hide them from my son. I think he's conned me out of three of them so far, this year.

Cool design.Greatknife for the outdoors.Keep um commin.

Very nice little hunter Lin. I find knives that size very usefull, very handy and dont get in the way. Buy the way, B.R. tells me that you are a good one.

Thanks guys. A knife like this will fit in the palm of your hand , but there is more work in it than meets the eye, as most of you well know. Still I am trying to raise my own "bar" by having a more complicated peice in the works at any given time. I'm pretty fortunate to be in close proximity to the Arkies and Okies. That helps. :D Lin
