Looking for a sharpener wherther a system or a stone, to fit in an otter boox 2000 or 3000. The smaller the better. Its for a survival kit(Bob) so it will be used. I really cant fit a spyderco sharpmaker in there. so what do you guys recommend.

I dont think ceramic stones are great because they break to easily.
 
Try the Lansky "dogbone" style sharpeners. They're available in a variety of styles and are great for pocket use. Both stone and diamond, for serrated or plain edges, you can't go wrong!:D
