Was that some sort of gladius prototype near the bottom of the company store gallery? Very interesting looking.

Also, what is the very last knife? That's what I would have thought of if a BM and a KZ had a child, lol. That one looks great with the red / black handle.

Looks like the BM LE is no longer for sale?

The bottom knife is a FSH variant with a long clip and a recurved blade. They are very good looking, and there is a few of those around, some with serrations in the recurved section.

The long dagger was an early Jerry Busse custom, owned by Skunk.
 
Thanks for the info. That long dagger is clearly a gladius blade with it's pear shape.

I guess the BM LE is still there, I got confused with their being two different store fronts. Its strange that there is a company store site and a busse combat site with different knives listed, seems confusing.

More like the Gerber Mark II fighting knife.

Yes, it is confusing. The Busse Company Store is an independent retail operation run by Idahoskunk. He buys ( or commisions?) knives from Busse and offers them for immediate sale. The Busse Combat site typically will have one, maybe two, knives that you can order for future delivery, when they schedule a production run.
 
Oh, it's an independant outfit, that makes more sense then.

They can call it what they like I guess, but the gladius design pre-dates any modern knife design and it sure looks like a recreation of the mainz style gladius (versus the pompeii type now shipping from Busse).
