sorry, we're working on it now, seems like somebody was able to place an order for knives that wern't even listed on the web site.

all the knives we ordered were sold before we even listed them.

we are reversing all charges and will figure this out as fast as we can.

takes all the fun out of it doesn't it :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
My dog is going to bite the person that sabotaged the store. He's waiting for me to go buy him a new bag of food and he gets cranky when he's hungry.:thumbdn:
 
???? you got hacked???? trace the IP address, post the offenders info, and let the Busse community take care of the problem!
 
ok, here's the deal...

a guy asked me if he could buy some knives in advance with his card.

i said no.

i went to dinner and while i was gone and before the new knives were even out of the box and listed he bought them.

an order came through our web site with the unlisted knives ordered, while i was gone.

sorry, vicki is working on this right now.

BAHHHH! Good thing I got this Wendy's cup next to me... It's hard enough competing with you hogs but when my wife decides to stand behind me and read what I'm doing, it sure is hard to do a covert buy!

Yeah, I just got in trouble with the wife for not being ready to go out. Hogdom isn't always as glamorous as it seems. :(
