It has been said before, but the Company Store Service is better than great. Saw the Sar-4's this morning at 8:00 am Eastern time. In my haste to order, tried logging on as a new customer using an American Express card. Order was messed up. Went back and logged in as an existing customer and used a different credit card. The sixteen knives that were ordered was a little bit over budget. Before I could blink, the order was fixed by the folks in a different time zone. Not just fixed, but fixed and the order mailed! You guys rock.
