Company Store Service - INCREDIBLE

It has been said before, but the Company Store Service is better than great. Saw the Sar-4's this morning at 8:00 am Eastern time. In my haste to order, tried logging on as a new customer using an American Express card. Order was messed up. Went back and logged in as an existing customer and used a different credit card. The sixteen knives that were ordered was a little bit over budget. Before I could blink, the order was fixed by the folks in a different time zone. Not just fixed, but fixed and the order mailed! You guys rock.
 
I'd like to thank the Company Store as well. I forgot to buy a sheath with my Sar-4 Special and went back to place a separate order for one. I was just fine with eating the shipping on the sheath, but they were nice enough to refund it. Even better, they did so without me even asking. Thank you very much. :thumbup:
