Has anyone here had any experience with G-Wood handle scales and how it compares with G10 and Micarta?

There isn't much information I've found on G-Wood, except that it's a composite of G10 and Natural Wood Veneer in multi-color layers.

Does anyone know if G-Wood is slightly absorbent like Canvas Micarta or is it inert like G10? How does it feel in hand and how durable is it, especially when used in wet, high-humidity conditions or in processing game when things get slick and messy?

Some Bradford knives feature G-Wood handle scales and I was thinking of getting the Guardian 5.5 with this handle material. Any insights on this material will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sound like a version of Pakkawood Dymondwood and similar plywood/ resin combinations. Ive found it to be pretty durable, maybe more brittle than micarta but not much. I get annoyed when production companies charge like its a primo material.
