1) The Boker is going to be easier to re-sharpen.
2) The Blacklist looks more comfortable to use.
3) Boker is an established and respected company.
Some of their low-end stuff is... application specific, but the company's reputation is solid.
As for these WithArmor folks? They remind me of United Cutlery: average quality/price ratio, trying really hard to address the tactical requirements of the young, aspiring Oper8tor. Some of their products seem to be heavily "inspired" by other people's designs.
Finally, it's worth mentioning that posting a link to WithArmor's site is against the rules of Bladeforums, so you should probably edit that link. The Boker one is okay, though.
