Comparison? Green rough rider vs green case

[Stockhausen]

After years of being familiar with an Old Timer and Buck medum stckman, I decided to branch out and try a new pattern. I got a blue pearl Rough Rider, and so far I like it.

Now I want to try some new designs!! I kinda have a thing for green knives though, especially the bermuda green case knives. I love that deep green color, but I haven't seen the green rough riders in person to know if it's also a deep green, or a lighter shade. Has anybody seen or used both?

I don't have any green bone Case knives, sorry. Here is an emerald green smooth bone Rough Rider tiny toothpick. Honestly, this colour is lovely. It's very rich and works well with the bone grain.

I don't think that this is Bermuda green, but I LOVE the green bone on this Case Peanut.

No experience on RR's green knives, but I have a Bermuda green SBJ, and I do like the color quite much:

RR used to do the Gunstock bone in green, haven't seen them for a while. IMO the gunstock bone is their nicest jigging pattern.

Yes it's a nice dark green and the chequered finish is very good too. You may still find them out in the Bay....

What about the rough rider stroke of luck line of knives? I don't own one but they sure look good in pictures. I'm going to pick one up eventually but there are approx 15-20 knives ahead of it in the queue.
