Could someone please post some comparison pics of the 110 next to an open season pro 557 folding skinner.

I really like these Open Season knives.
The 557 is lighter than a typical 110.
About the same size. I really like the thumb disk placement.
The 557 is easily opened with one hand.
I had the redwood version, sent it back and got the pro. It's worth the extra money.
Very solid knife with the 2 stainless liners.

Thank you gentlemen!
It gives me something to think on.
I use kwik thumbstuds on my 110's. And the blade profile of the 110 drop point appears to have a more acute point, and to be more nimble.

Yeah.
The 557 is more of a skinning knife.
Where as a person familiar with a 110 will always find it to be more agile.
A friend of mine that only owned 1 gun most of his life always said "be afraid of a man that only owns 1 gun compared to a guy that owns many. He knows how to shoot that one".
And he was an impressive shot too.
I guess that sorta applies to the 110. Especially when it does everything so well.....
But who wants just one?

The thumb disk really impresses me over the thumb studs I have tried on my 112/110.

Have a good last day of January all!:)

Wasn’t there a linerlock version of the Open Season at somepoint?
