Good afternoon folks,

A lot of times when people are in the market for a knife they find that user pictures can help them greatly to determine if it is the knife for them.
i'd like to post some comparison pictures of the executive whittler(#89) and the courthouse whittler(#62), because i've determined that eyes can play tricks on us in terms of scale especially when you have no reference point. People tend to make the assumption that the executive whittler is thin and long while the #62 is much smaller.

I know my friend Jim will post some of his shots, and I encourage you fine people to post some comparison (or general) shots you may have which could possibly help someone (or just dazzle us), for example a pioneer(#23) versus the lockback \ hunter(#73).

Thanks for looking

I know you didn't mean to, but this is exactly the type of photo perspective that leads viewers to draw the wrong conclusion. You have one photo showing these two to be almost identical in length, and then follow it with this one, where the 89 seems to dwarf the slightly shorter whittler. If someone saw this photo here as a solo, and made a purchase accordingly, they'd be in for quite a surprise come delivery day.

These kinds of threads DO need to happen, however. The earlier multi-page one is a good, educational tool for those of us interested in keeping aware of the GEC offerings and their differences. If you see a photo of a Lumberjack or Whaler or such by itself, with no reference object RIGHT NEXT TO IT, you can't really be prepared for what it is.
