Comparrison picture of 4.1 and 4.7?

Any chance at a picture showing the new 4.7 alongside a 4.1? Possibly some different handle materials on the 4.7?

Also, I wanted to say that the pictures on the Survive! website are incredible! Seriously, I was on the fence about the 5.1 Pre-Sale, but the crystal clear picture, combined with the alluring new finish, was just too much to resist.

The new 4.1's haven't been made yet. Is that the type of pic you're looking for? I have stashed away a shot of a 4.7 and old 4.1 blade blank side by side and ni1s made some nice paper comparisons. Would those help?

I guess I kind of just wanted more pictures of the new 4.7, the stock photo of the green canvas handled 4.7 is haunting me and I need to see more badly

I agree with you needle. I love everything about it except how not pointy it is. I wish it had the tip of the 5/5.1 and not the tip of a swiss army knife. Other than that Guy's new eros and finishing standards are amazing.

I was being a little sarcastic, I think the 4.7 is what I'm looking forward to most!

You're right though, the tip shape is different, more like a bullet point than a spear point! I love the tip on my 5, but I'm willing to give this new shape a try!

The blades of new and old are super close, if not exactly the same in length. The handle on the new model is longer, adding the most to overall length.

Yes. I believe its all in the handle as far as the length. I'm not certain if the blade height changed or the thickness.
