Competition vs. Combat Grade

I just ordered a SARsquatch and saw another for sale that's competition grade. Is there a big performance difference between the two? They were about the same price.

What IS the difference between competition grade and combat grade?

Combat Grade will have a coating while the Competition Grade will be un-coated with the heat treat decarb layer unremoved. The Competition Grade will rust easily, but be sharpened better. The Combat Grades will be available in all the coating colors, and occassionally in Double Cut (bead blasted) finish.

i also think that the competition grade has a thinner edge that is convexed, not as though as the combat grade but will slice better.
