Hello Joe, I just want to make a good complaint about the repairs made on my Buck 110 that I sent in over a month ago. I had broken the tip off of the knife when I dropped it on the floor and it dug in at a wierd angle causing the tip to break off. Well I sent it in and just got it back today (much sooner than I expected by the way). Well...to make a long story short...the entire knife is so damn pretty now and the new blade is just so flawless that I'm gonna have to go and use the Buck 55 I bought a couple of months ago as my EDC. Your people are really great. Having been a Quality Manager myself for almost 20 years, I have to compliment you and your people. I have never had to send anything back to Buck before because your product was always too damn well made to break. The fact that the tip breaking off was due to my clumsiness makes the treatment I have received from Buck and Buck's people just extraordinary. I simply can not thank you enough. That "55" seems to need to be carried anyway. Thanks again Joe.
