I have carried various knives, Bucks and others, since I was a young-un back in the 50's. Several months ago I picked up a knife magazine to read while travelling on business. It sparked my interest, so I started searching the internet. I found forums, manufacturers, makers, and (best of all) dealers. Being at that point in life where I have some money to spend, I started ordering various knives to try out the steels, styles, etc., being talked about. Went through a Tac/Utility phase, a shiny collectable phase, a German phase, and several points in between. By chance, I came upon Pete's page at the Buck website about a month ago. I've owned several 110's over the years and always liked them a lot. I decided to order myself an "ultimate" 110. It arrived today in all it's stag and BG-42 glory. What a piece of work! I feel like I've come full circle. I still appreciate the high-tech modern marvels I've collected, but none comes close to this one in pushing all my "happy" buttons. I can stop buying now, just relax and enjoy this one. (Hmmm. I've always wanted a blue knife. With silver bolsters? Yeah, and with ATS-34!)
