Is there a comprehensive list of all the knives Busse has made?

I've been to Bad Mojo's site, but he's missing some (e.g. Busse HR).

Regards,

Tim

Thanks for the link - That's a good list of the acronyms etc, but not such a great list of the knives...

Maybe we should start a thread listing all the knives, variants, years released, and original MSRP?

Good info...is there anything that has specs, IE blade length of different models. Busse should archive their website pages...archive the web is okay it'd be a nice to be able to find info on one of their knives without searching and eventually posting...especially since searches return a very helpfull white blank screen

Hosting the images and what not could conceivably happen on Flikr or some such similar picture sharing sites.

Eric - do you have a list right now in any form (e.g. Excel, Word, etc...). Being new to the 'Busse' gang I'm wondering how the mark up works for knives on top of the original MSRP, etc... I know it's all supply & demand, but knowing the original MSRP, style, stats, run number for the LEs - would greatly help ALL collectors I would think.

Regards,

Tim

Tim - If you have the time, you can dig through the Internet Archive Wayback Machine to figure out the original release dates, prices and specs.
I don't believe LE run numbers have ever been released to the public. Good luck in your search!!

I have a Word document with name, price, date and pictures of the Ganza knives from 2006 (excluding a few pics from Feb 06 that I can't find) if you're interested. It is by no means a comprehensive list but can give you an idea on some of them. It's a 50 MB file so I can host it somewhere and email you a link if you give me your email.

I just purchased my first Busse this week (a double cut black warden, thanks DA OPRESSO LIBER) I love it and can't wait to buy my next (just ordered a Badger Attack today from bussecombat.com). I too would be interested in a comprehesive history of all Busse knives, complete with specifics (blade length, handle/blade finishes, dates sold, numbers sold, etc). I have spent a fair bit of time going through posts on this forum and now have a good idea of past offerings, but a comprehensive history would certainly be useful to a newbie such as myself !

Garett -- I just zipped up the pics and sent them in three emails. Let me know if you have any problems with them.

I'm working on one now. I'm a bit short of time as I prepare the house for the realtors and the impending job transfer to Indy. I should have more time in my RV at the KOA in Indy on wi-fi. ;) Two weeks!

For anyone interested, here is a Word doc that lists all the Ganza knives with pictures, price, some infomation when available, and date for 2006. The information came from the original posts but some features may have been changed (for example the Buffalo Warden had a different profile).

Follow the link, click Free on download type, and you have to wait about a minute before it downloads.
