I have an Inkosi that I got really dirty opening bags of composted chicken manure:)(yes) and didn't have time to break down, clean, lube the knife, so went to my air compressor and blasted it out. Thought about it later and wondered would that action force grit into areas that would cause harm. I'm away from my tools right now.
This Inkosi has the smoothest action of all.

I would think it wouldn’t be an issue. The titanium won’t be affected, I’ve never seen any damage to titanium from any debris setting on the slabs.. the washers are phosphorus bronze, they might have a bit of corrosion if exposed to acidic material too long. Don’t know if they’d start pitting if exposed too long. The S35VN might incur some surface corrosion, maybe.

Just clean it out when you get home. I wouldn’t use it for food duty till then.
