Are there ways to adjust the tension on a compression lock knife? I have one where a light touch of the top and the blade practically falls out. It is a one hand opening knife. But I have another where its so tight it requires both hands to open and close. Thoughts?

Have you tried adjusting the blade pivot screw ?
Just a degree or two can make it "fall out" if that is what I am understanding you want .

Other wise ; I have a wheel barrow full of Spyderco Compression locks and NONE of them are too hard to press the lever over on the lock release .

Compared to a Cold Steel it is blissfully easy to operate a Compression Lock.
Compared to an Axis Lock ? Well that might give it a little competition for ease of fingy fatigue .

Sure you could take the knife apart and do a little bend bend on the lock flapper .
IMO not needed .

More info please .

Compression screw, duh! This is why I'm never hesitant to ask the dumb question. There are so many who offer helpful advice!

Does the tight one look anything like this?
