Computer Graphic Polishing

Why don't they polish the locking part of the frame or the pocket clip on their cgg knives? They polish everything else on the frame?

Kinda looks off to me.

There must be a good reason? Strength?

It's probably because the Ti has already been bead blasted and had the lock bar sprung
before they choose the pieces they want to use for the comp. graphic knives.

I don't know for sure though............

I think it gives some nice contrast to the knife. Personally, I'd rather the lockbar be sandblasted than polished.
