Hi, I just need a quick tutorial on how to set up my email to instantaniously send a message based on another person's message being posted as a "sticky" in a certain forum that I frequent.

it's impossible to do so because your computer has to refresh the site. the site does not automatically refresh itself like some other sites do. This site will be overloaded for sure tonight and you will have a hard time refreshing, but keep on it until you see the posting and then send your email quick, quick, quick.

Cobalt, you should be ashamed of yourself for setting someone up for disqualification because of violating the refresh limit of once every seven minutes.
