Concealed Dirk or Dagger Illegal in California!!!?

I previously thought that concealed folders of any size were California legal until Ledbetter posted (TFL) that "California Penal Code section 12020 prohibits any person from carrying a concealed dirk or dagger." I looked it up and sure enough, that is what it says.

Now does anyone know what a dirk, or dagger might LEGALLY be? Does this include my new Rekat Sifu? EHH Gads! I always thought of a dagger as a fixed blade and I don't have a "dirk" clue.
