Concealed? GSO Sheath

I am trying to understand how these work, does the large back part go inside your pants like a concealed gun holster?

This doesn't look like an IWB sheath to me. Looks like it has a belt clip on it and the large,wide part goes outside of your pants. Doesn't look like it's really designed as a CC sheath except for being fairly flat so it would ride pretty close to your body.

dalefuller is correct. They are standard high riding kydex belt clips. You can turn the provided belt clip so the sheath rides horizontally, but I didn't like that setup, so I made some leather drop loops to carry the GSO's horizontally a couple inches lower than my belt:
