Concealex Sheaths for BM42?

Hi. I should be recieving my BM42S pretty soon here, and am considering getting a Concealex sheath. Wanted to know everyone's experiences with these things; good, bad, awesome, whatever. I'm considering one that I can wear on the belt in a variety of positions, and I've emailed Clay already, and he can make me one that I could wear inside my waistband. Any tips, tricks, comments are appreciated.

I have to say that Clay's sheaths are the best one's I have seen so far. Not only for the 42's but even his custom work for other knives rock. I have a neck and belt sheath by him and love both.
