They can be configured for left/right/IWB/horizontal/vertical/45 degree angle. I've found Eric's sheaths to be of outstanding quality, and also very comfortable for IWB carry, + he is now offering them for the E-handle Busses. I believe the BA-E sheath is $38.00.
