condor bushlore vs Mora bushcraft black?

Well I can't tell you about the Condor but I do have the Bushcraft Black and it is very robust. Imagine a Mora on steroids and you have the Bushcraft Black. Hopefully others who have both will weigh in.

Both are about equally versatile. Mora QC is better than Condor QC, but you can avoid getting a lemon if you go through the right vendor. </shamelessplug>. The Condor has a full tang vs. the Mora's broad stick tang. One is natural materials, the other synthetic. The sheath on the Bushlore is of higher quality than the Mora, but the one on the Mora is still very serviceable.

What do you think would be a better for hard use bushcraft/survival for a SHTF or bug out bag?

Either, depending on your tastes. Personally I think a bushcraft knife is a poor SHTF/BOB knife, but I'd say they're reasonably equally matched in terms of weighted advantages and disadvantages.

I dont see the extra value in the Mora Black. Get a Mora Robust pretty much the same thing but cheaper without the coating. That being said the Condors are supposed to be real good knives and I like the wood or micarta with leather much better. Either way get a Condor Bushcraft or a Mora Robust, order it from Fortytwoblades and you will be a happy fellow.

I like my Condor Bushlore. I like the wood grip and the leather sheath.

The steel on the bushlore is crap. I have used it alot and it will roll very easily even with soft wood.
The steel on the mora is much more adapted to real bushcraft work.

Sounds like you either got a Bushlore with bad heat treatment or you converted it to a zero grind. The Bushlore should be run with a microbevel (like Moras come with, in fact) for edge stability. Just 1-3 light strokes on a stone at a lifted angle is all it takes and it should eliminate the problem. If not, get in contact with Condor and they'll replace it for you, including paying your return shipping.

The Mora is more comfortable, in my opinion. The sheath swivels so it doesn't jab you in the side. I like using both and reach for both. It comes down to what sort of look you want, really. Traditional, or more of a "tactical utilitarian" look.
