Condor Dendritic Combat Daggers?

They look like big, glorified throwing knives so I'm curious as to how comfortable the handles are. They're made from 1/4 stock so the handle is at least potentially thick enough. I'm on a dagger kick lately & the price & dendritic deal piqued my interest. They're listed as either 440C or 420 everywhere but Condor uses a lot of 420 so I'm assuming that's the steel. Anyone own or handled one?
 
They're 420HC and they're comfortable enough for a thin skeletonized knife. I believe they're vacuum-assist cast.
 
Good enough. If not they'll be a candidate for some paracord if I can get my wife motivated.
